If you're logging in for the first time please use your member number (just the numbers) for the username and the last 4 of your social security number for your password. You will be required to change both of these once you log in, your user name should NOT be your account number and the password must have 3 of the following: Cap, lower case, number and special character. We strongly recommend you don’t pick a password that you’ve used on another site and we also recommend that you periodically (or at least annually) change your password. Login information and passwords should never be shared with anyone and if you are logging in from a public computer make sure that your completely log out when you are through, just don’t close the browser. Finally never save login information to a public computer.
